zBrushing Rift
My attempt at modelling a torso bust of rift in zBrush. This was made from a basic sphere and modelelled using a combination of the Standard, Move, Snake_Hook_, Rake and a few other tools.
The hair, head and torso are all a single model where as the eyes where done by inserting and position a pair of spheres into the sockets before merging them.

Riftrider: Part 1
More sketches and development work of Riftrider exploring armour variations and designs and poses.
The silhouettes that contributed to the design of rift. The designs bounced between a more jester like appearance to ones that were sometimes robed or resembled a sorceress.
Large parts of her design began to take upon a shaman theme. Riftrider now bears robotic/ android refuse parts integrated into her armour.
Testing the the chest armour of the final design, styled after a humanoid chest cavity which fits from over her abdominal area. The idea was to see how flexibly the armour would allow her to move or how it would move with her torso.
